At the heart of this year’s edition is Icons of Speed – Endurance Legends, a major thematic exhibition dedicated to endurance racing, from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans and Daytona to the great challenges of Monza and the Nürburgring. Twelve extraordinary cars, alongside an equal number displayed throughout the exhibition halls, trace the technological and sporting evolution of endurance racing through iconic models such as the Porsche 917, Porsche 956 Rothmans, Sauber C9, Bentley EXP Speed 8 and Lancia LC1. It is a journey through the history of cars that turned endurance into legend, celebrating the close relationship between innovation, engineering and competition.
Two-wheeled vehicles also take centre stage, with an exhibition journey spanning fifty years of motorcycle history. Honda Motor Europe is a key participant, showcasing extraordinary machines, including examples from the Honda Collection Hall in Motegi. Highlights include Eddie Lawson’s and Mick Doohan’s NSR500s and Valentino Rossi’s RC211V. Alongside these MotoGP legends are the exceptionally rare 500cc Grand Prix motorcycles presented by Best Bikes Garage and the new Prestige Bikes area, dedicated to collectible motorcycles. The Youngtimer Dreams section will also feature rare and highly sought-after road bikes, including the Honda RC213V-S, a model rarely seen in person. Completing the programme is the return of the Italian Motorcycle Championship – Custom Bike Show, bringing together history, engineering and passion.
The show’s international market presence continues to grow, with the debut of Gallery Aaldering and the participation of leading European specialists such as Metropole and OldtimerFarm, alongside a partnership with InterClassics Brussels. Other major participants include Alfa Romeo, showcasing its Heritage collection; the APT/Motor Valley pavilion; ASI Village; and the ACI institutional area. The programme is further enriched by European Corvette Day – Italy, organised in collaboration with the National Corvette Museum, as well as dedicated areas for spare parts, scale models, automobilia and collectible watches.
Among the many stories to discover at Auto e Moto d’Epoca 2026 are that of the Ferrari 348 TB associated with Ayrton Senna’s years in Italy, and the green-and-blue Ferrari 166 MM Barchetta, acquired almost secretly by Gianni Agnelli. The Ferruccio Lamborghini Museum will exhibit the Miura SV personally owned by the company’s founder, marking the 60th anniversary of the model’s debut. Mercedes-Benz will celebrate 140 years since the invention of the automobile, while the 1904 De Dion-Bouton Type V will be the oldest four-wheeled vehicle on display at the show.
